Your Deposits & Payments are totally secure

In accordance with the UK Package Travel & Linked Travel Regulations 2018, all passengers booking with European Driving Tours Ltd are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies received by us, including repatriation costs and arrangements, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of European Driving Tours Ltd.

There is no requirement for Financial Protection of day trips or single elements, and none is provided.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If any incident occurs which could result in a claim, the Insured Person must do the following:

1.   Notify Sedgwick Claims Management Services as soon as possible, quoting the name of the Policyholder and the reference TOFI UK/1 2025 and giving full details of what has happened by one of the following methods:

European Driving Tours is a data controller. In order to process your booking we have to collect personal information from you and pass this to specific third parties (i.e. hotels). We will never pass your data to any other third party that is not directly required in order to process your booking.

Unless you request otherwise we will retain your details on our files in order to inform you of any future Tours that we think would be of interest to you.
